Buyer Pre-Registration Guide

As part of our commitment to discovering talented artists, supporting market expansion,
and broadening distribution networks, K-Illustration Fair offers a complimentary Buyer Pre-Registration service.

■ Registration Period

  • ㆍ Until Tuesday, January 19, 2027, 11:59 PM (KST)

■ Eligibility

  • ㆍ Open exclusively to professionals working in illustration-related industries. (Registrations from non-industry professionals may be canceled without prior notice.)

■ Pre-Registered Buyer Benefits

  • ㆍ Free admission throughout the 4-day exhibition
  • ㆍ 1 complimentary coffee coupon and a parking voucher (up to 5 hours)

■ Important Notice

  • ㆍ Applications may be rejected in accordance with internal policy if the applicant's business is unrelated to the industry or fails to meet buyer eligibility requirements.
  • ㆍ Pre-registration is finalized only after official review and approval by the K-Illustration Fair Secretariat.
  • ㆍ Results will be sent via email within 2 weeks of application submission.
  • ㆍ To collect your entrance badge, please present your business card along with a valid ID (passport or national ID) at the Information Desk near the exhibition hall entrance. Free admission will be denied if required identification is not presented.

Consent to Collection and Use of Personal Information

■ Purpose of Collection and Use of Personal Information

The personal information collected by the organizer of this exhibition will be used to send invitations and provide information regarding exhibitions hosted and organized by the company.

ο Identification, age verification, and admission guidance related to exhibition attendance
ο Statistical analysis of exhibition visitors and attendees
ο • Distribution of information regarding exhibitions organized by the company (via Email, SMS)

■ Personal Information Items Collected

ο Items collected: Name, Gender, Age group, Region of residence, Occupation/Title, Mobile phone number, Email address, Company information, Business card
ο Methods of collection: On-site visitor registration, Online visitor pre-registration, On-site buyer registration, Online buyer pre-registration, Exhibitor registration

■ Period of Retention and Use of Personal Information

In principle, personal information is destroyed without delay once the purpose of collection and use has been achieved. However, if retention is required pursuant to relevant laws and regulations, the company retains the registered information for a designated period as specified below:
ο Items retained: Name, Gender, Age group, Region of residence, Occupation/Title, Mobile phone number, Email address, Company information, Business card, and other optional items
ο Grounds for retention: Service improvement, project planning, and statistical research
ο Retention period: 5 years

The collected personal information will not be used for any purposes other than those agreed upon by the information provider. If you wish to refuse the use of your personal information, you may request access, correction, or deletion through the Privacy Officer.
